Genco Cebecioglu - CCO/Strategic Partner

Genco Cebecioglu

CCO / Strategic Partner

Meet Genco, our Chief Creative Officer who’s practically a wizard in UX/UI design—no wand required. After honing his craft at Ontario College of Art & Design and bagging a Web Design Post-Grad Certificate from Sheridan College (with Honours, because why not?), Genco co-founded Junction Design. Over 15 years and 100 projects later, he’s still at the intersection of creating designs that aren’t just pretty, but also make you think, “Why didn’t I come up with that?”

When he’s not busy making our digital experiences look effortlessly cool or leading the creative charge at WIMTACH, Genco immerses himself in the world of tech and architecture. A true nomad at heart, he dives deep into Nomadic art and culture, likely finding design inspiration in a yurt somewhere. And yes, he’s as passionate about sampling global cuisines as he is about debating the merits of serif vs. sans serif. On weekends, you might catch him kicking around a soccer ball, presumably strategizing like it’s a branding workshop.

Skills? Genco’s got a few: Branding that sticks, workshops that don’t bore, user research that’s less “uh-oh” and more “aha!”, and prototyping that’s as slick as his soccer dribbles.

At our remote-first digital agency, we’ve come to realize a profound truth: diversity, equity, and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords—they actually make everything (including our coffee) taste better! We’re big on that whole work-life balance jazz too. Flexible hours? Check. Competitive pay? You bet. Health insurance, retirement contributions, parental and sabbatical leave, plus ongoing education to keep your brain as fit as your fantasy football team? Absolutely.

We’re constantly on the hunt for people who are as passionate about their work as they are about not wearing real pants during conference calls. So, if you’re a creative or technical wizard—or even just a muggle who’s really good at pretending—shoot over your resume to [email protected]. Let’s make some magic happen, and yes, we do mean the work kind (but hey, Hogwarts resumes are welcome too)!
